Welcome to "Get Your Ride" and "Pass Your Ride", applications operated by JS Travel India ("we," "our," or "us"). By registering an account as an independent driver, travel operator, or passenger, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. The Intermediary Nature of the Platform

JS Travel India operates exclusively as a digital logistics intermediary and trip exchange forum. We do not own a fleet of vehicles, we do not employ drivers, and we are not a common transport carrier. The platform acts solely to allow travel businesses and drivers to exchange bookings and to allow passengers to connect with independent transport providers.

2. Operator Rules for Passing Rides ("Pass Your Ride")

When a driver or travel company posts an unfulfilled booking to the exchange network, they agree that:

• They have the explicit authorization of their original customer/passenger to transfer the ride details to an external driver.

• All pickup times, locations, and pre-agreed pricing structures are stated honestly without hidden surcharges.

3. Operator Rules for Accepting Rides ("Get Your Ride")

Drivers who claim and accept a passed ride from the dispatch pool represent and warrant that:

• They possess an active commercial driving license, valid vehicle registration (RC), and up-to-date commercial vehicle insurance in India.

• They will immediately head to the pickup point without creating intentional delays. Dropping or canceling a ride after accepting it hurts the community and will result in penalty strikes against your account profile.

4. Passenger Rules and Code of Conduct

Passengers using the system to request or fulfill rides agree to show up at the designated location on time, treat the driver's vehicle with respect, and declare all oversized luggage or pets beforehand. Independent drivers reserve the right to decline animals or excessive cargo that violates safe cabin capacity.

5. Future Platform Subscriptions and System Fees

The platform is currently free to use for job exchanging and booking. However, JS Travel India reserves the express right to implement subscription models, flat platform connection fees, or lead-generation commissions in the future. Any pricing updates will be prominently broadcast inside the app before activation.

6. Limitation of Liability

JS Travel India is entirely exempt from liability for any physical damages, missed flights, financial losses, vehicle breakdowns, or bodily injuries occurring during a trip. The contract for transit remains purely between the passenger and the independent driver executing the ride.

7. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal actions or arbitration proceedings must be filed exclusively within the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
